- Upon registration, each client is issued a secure, encrypted private link to upload the completed application and required supporting documents.
- All data transmitted via this link or by email is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
- All documents and information submitted to Canada Passport Help are deleted from our system once the client confirms receipt of their passport, or earlier upon written request.
- Canada Passport Help retains only the client’s basic contact information (name, address, email, and phone number) and summary notes about services provided for a maximum of seven (7) years, after which all data is permanently deleted.
- Communication and Service Updates
With your authorization, Canada Passport Help may share application status updates with you or a third party. For identity verification, you (or your authorized contact) will be required to provide:
- Name
- Customer Number
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively to fulfill the services you have requested.
