The following terms and conditions govern the use of this site:

All information obtained online will be held securely and used solely for processing and fulfilling passport applications. Personal information will not be shared with any third parties.

  1. Cost

As of July 1, 2013, Passport Canada’s fee structure for the ePassport came into effect. In addition to the fee, you pay when registering online, you must complete the credit card section of your application. This fee includes:

  • The cost of your new ePassport
  • Shipping and handling via international FedEx
  • A consular services fee of C$25

Current Passport Costs for Applicants Outside Canada:

  • Adult 5-year Passport: USD 190
  • Adult 10-year Passport: USD 260
  • Child Passport: USD 100

The cost of our services is separate and relates solely to assisting you in completing your application.

While we make every effort to ensure the success of your application, the issuance of Canadian passports is solely the responsibility of the Passport Program. We are not responsible for application rejections due to factors outside our control.

We are not liable for delays or mistakes caused by:

  • Missing documents, photos, or payments
  • Incomplete applications
  • Postal or courier delays
  • Issues within the Passport Program

Canada Passport Help is not responsible for lost or held documents by postal services, courier services, or the Passport Program.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Same-day cancellations: full refund
  • Cancellations within 6 months: refund minus a $15 non-refundable cancellation fee
  • Cancellations after 6 months: no refund
  • No refunds once the application has been submitted for review or if passport photo studio information has been requested

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Credit card providers may take up to 7 business days to post the refund.
